Don't Tempt Fate by Skipping Health Insurance Coverage
Have you ever given any thought to dropping your health insurance coverage? If you pay the premiums out of your own pocket, chances are that you answered yes. After all, paying for health insurance each month is not fun. If you want a good policy it is safe to say that you are spending at least $100. But before you get any ideas, remember that health insurance is an investment and not an expense.
There are some people who go through life without ever getting sick. But guess what? They are few and far between. There is a good chance that you will find yourself in the doctor's office several times a year. And unfortunately, there is also a chance that you will be hit with an illness that is going to bring you back to the doctors time after time.
If you have health insurance you never have to worry too much about going to the doctor. Even a low priced, high deductible health insurance policy will cover you to a certain extent.
Overall, there is no point in tempting fate by not buying health insurance. If you do this, you could find yourself buried under thousands of dollars worth of doctor bills in no time at all. What sounds better to you? A small premium payment each month, or a huge doctor bill that will take you years to pay off?
